李昌祺，庐陵人。
明史卷一百六十一 列传第四十九：
李昌祺，名祯，以字行，庐陵人。永乐二年进士。选庶吉士。预修《永乐大典》，僻书疑事，人多就质。擢礼部郎中，迁广西左布政使。坐事谪役，寻宥还。洪熙元年，起故官河南。与右布政使萧省身绳豪猾，去贪残，疏滞举废，救灾恤贫，数月政化大行。忧归，宣宗已命侍郎魏源代。而是时河南大旱，廷臣以昌祺廉洁宽厚，河南民怀之，请起昌祺。命夺丧赴官，抚恤甚至。正统改元，上书言三事，皆报可。四年致仕。家居二十余年，屏迹不入公府，故庐裁蔽风雨，伏腊不充。景泰二年卒。
