李敬跻，云南马龙州人。
清史稿卷四百九十八 列传二百八十五：
李敬跻，字翼兹，云南马龙州人。父盛唐，雍正八年进士，官四川松茂道，以所部有罪坐监临官，戍卜魁。卜魁距云南万四千里，敬跻三往省。尝遇暴水，丧其仆马，徒步行，路人哀之，与之食，导使诣盛唐，盛唐辄令还侍祖母，迫使归。敬跻成乾隆二十二年进士，授福建将乐知县，计赎盛唐还。盛唐死戍所，敬跻遂发病，日呜呜而啼，未几亦死。
卜魁有范杰者，与盛唐善，盛唐倚以居二十年，至是归其丧。闽人吴阿玉尝欲从敬跻之官，盛唐丧过京师，吴为送还云南。
