李徽，山西崞县人。
清史稿卷二百九十一 列传七十八：
李徽，字元纶，山西崞县人。康熙五十二年，乡试举第一。雍正元年进士，改庶吉士，散馆刑部主事。寻复授检讨。考选浙江道御史。是时遣御史巡察顺天直隶诸府，顺天、永平、宣化为一员，保定、正定、河间为一员，顺德、广平、大名为一员，徽巡察顺德、广平、大名三府。曾静、张熙事起，上虑湖南士民为所惑，议遣使循行训迪。以大学士朱轼荐，遣徽劝谕化导。寻授佥都御史，充湖南观风整俗使。徽在官四年，察吏安民，能称其职。坐事，降授仓监督。高宗即位，命复官，遽卒。
广西学政卫昌绩请设观风整俗使，御史陈宏谋继请。上谕宏谋等曰：“广西通籍者本少，乃已有狂悖如谢济世、陆生柟者，风俗薄劣可见。尔等不能端本澂源，躬先表率，而望秉铎司教之官，家喻户晓，易俗移风，所谓逐末而忘其本也。”议寝未行。
