北史卷三十七 列传第二十五：
李叔仁，陇西人也。骁健有武力，前后数从征讨，以功赐爵获城乡男。梁豫州刺史王超宗内侵，叔仁时为兼统军，隶扬州刺史薛真度。真度遣叔仁讨超宗，大破之。以功累迁洛州刺史，假抚军将军。后以军功封陈郡公，又除光禄大夫、朔州刺史。齐州广川人刘执、清河太守邵怀，聚众反，自署大行台。诏叔仁为都督，讨平之。除镇西将军、金紫光禄大夫，转车骑大将军、仪同三司。邢果反于青州，叔仁为大都督，出讨于淮，失利而还。永安三年，坐事除名，寻复官爵。节闵帝初，加散骑常侍、开府。后除凉州刺史。遣使密通款于东魏，事觉见杀。叔仁所用之槊，长大异于常槊，时人壮之。
