李之绍，东平平阴人。
元史卷一百六十四 列传第五十一：
李之绍，字伯宗，东平平阴人。自幼颖悟聪敏，从东平李谦学。家贫，教授乡里，学者咸集。至元三十一年，纂修《世祖实录》，征名儒充史职，以马绍、李谦荐，授将仕佐郎、翰林国史院编修官。直学士姚燧欲试其才，凡翰林应酬之文，积十余事，并以付之。之绍援笔立成，并以稿进。燧惊喜曰：“可谓名下无虚士也。”大德二年，闻祖母疾，辞归。复除编修官，升将仕郎。六年，升应奉翰林文字。七年，迁太常博士。九年，丁母忧，累起复，终不能夺。至大三年，仍授太常博士，升承事郎。四年，升承直郎、翰林待制。皇庆元年，迁国子司业。延祐三年，升奉政大夫、国子祭酒。夙夜孳孳，惟以教育人材为心。四年十二月，升朝列大夫、同佥太常礼仪院事。六年，改翰林直学士，复以疾还。七年，召为翰林直学士。至治二年，升翰林侍讲学士、知制诰同修国史。三年，告老而归。泰定三年八月卒，年七十三。
子勖，荫父职，同知诸暨州事。
之绍平日自以其性遇事优游少断，故号果齐以自励。有文集藏于家。
