朱熠，温州平阳人。
宋史卷四百二十 列传第一百七十九：
朱熠，温州平阳人。端平二年，武举第一。迁阁门舍人，差知沅州，改横州，复为阁门舍人、知雷州。入对，为监察御史陈垓论罢；臣僚复论，降一官。久之，授带御器械兼干办皇城司，差知兴国军。迁度支郎官，拜监察御史兼崇政殿说书。擢右正言，殿中侍御史兼侍讲，迁侍御史。宝祐六年，迁左谏议大夫。拜端明殿学士、签书枢密院事，同知枢密院事。开庆元年，拜参知政事兼权知枢密院事。景定元年，知枢密院事兼参知政事，兼太子宾客。以旧职知庆元府、沿海制置使。奉祠。为监察御史胡用虎论罢。久之，监察御史张桂、常茂相继纠劾，送处州居住。咸淳四年，诏令自便。五年，侍御史章鉴复以为言，驱之还乡，寻卒。熠居言路弹劾最多，一时名士若徐清叟、吕中、尤焴、马廷鸾，亦皆不免云。
