朱根仁，江苏常熟人。
清史稿卷四百七十九 列传二百六十六：
根仁，字礼斋，江苏常熟人。以州判从军，晋秩知县，留安徽。同治三年，署定远。兵燹初定，徵调尚繁。前令试办开徵，根仁以民不堪命，请缓之。筹备供亿，民无所扰。捕巨猾雍秀春未获，得党羽名册，根仁曰：“我何忍兴大狱以博能名？丧乱未平，民气未固，激之生变，可胜诛乎？”遂火其册，闻者为之改行。跕鸡冈周姓聚族居，有从逆者已死，里人利其田庐，致周族人於狱，根仁一讯释之。后再署定远，捻匪扰境，根仁修城濬隍，聚粮固守。暇辄轻骑巡乡，劝民修复陂堰，十家治一井，田二顷辟一塘，旱不为灾。历署阜阳、怀宁，捕阜阳积匪程黑，置之法。补全椒，兴水利，有实政。光绪四年，卒。
