朱寿隆，密州诸城人。
宋史卷三百三十三 列传第九十二：
朱寿隆，字仲山，密州诸城人。以荫知九陇县。吏告民一家七人以火死，寿隆曰："宁有尽室就焚无一脱者，殆必有奸。"逾月获盗，果杀其人而纵火也。知宿州，宿多剧盗，至白昼被甲剽攻，郡县不能制。寿隆设方略耳目，捕斩千余人。
擢提点广西刑狱。岭外新经侬寇，修营城障，贵州虐用其人，不能聊生。寿隆驰诣州，械守送狱，奏黜之。老稚妇女遭乱，流转不能自还者，檄所在资送其还。旧制，溪蛮侵暴羁縻州，虽杀人无得仇报，寿隆请听相偿，蛮始畏戢。
历盐铁度支判官、夔路转运使。巴峡地隘，民困于役，免其不应法者千五百人。复为盐铁判官、京东转运使，赐三品服。岁恶民移，寿隆谕大姓富室畜为田仆，举贷立息，官为置籍索之，贫富交利。以少府监知扬州，卒，年六十八。
寿隆为人和厚，接谈怡怡，必当于理，而不屈于权贵。狄青讨贼，欲杀裨将不用命者数人，寿隆极论罪不当死。孙沔在坐，曰："侬贼害民万计，此何足惜。"寿隆曰："王师之来以除民害，顾可效贼为暴邪？"青感其言而止。
