曹仁虎，嘉定人。
清史稿卷四百八十五 列传二百七十二：
曹仁虎，字来殷，嘉定人。少称奇才。乾隆二十二年，南巡，献赋，召试列一等，赐举人，授内阁中书。二十六年，成进士，选庶吉士，授编修。每遇大礼，高文典册，多出其手。擢右中允，充日讲起居注官，累迁侍讲学士。五十一年，视学粤东。方按试连州，闻母讣，酷暑奔丧，昼夜号泣，竟以毁，卒於途。
仁虎以文字受主知，声华冠都下，屡典文衡。诗宗三唐，而神明变化，一洗粗率佻巧之习。格律醇雅，酝酿深厚，为一时所推。著有宛委山房诗集、蓉镜堂文稿。与王鸣盛、王昶、钱大昕、赵文哲及吴泰来、黄文莲称“吴中七子”。鸣盛等四人皆自有传。
