方徵，莆田人。
明史卷一百三十九 列传第二十七：
方徵，字可久，莆田人。以乡举授给事中。尝侍游后苑，与联诗句。太祖知其有母在，赐白金，驰驿归省。还改监察御史，出为怀庆知府。徵志节甚伟，遇事敢直言。居郡时，因星变求言，疏言：“风宪官以激浊扬清为职。今不闻旌廉拔能，专务罗织人罪，多征赃罚，此大患也。朝廷赏罚明信，乃能劝惩。去年各行省官吏以用空印罹重罪，而河南参政安然、山东参政朱芾俱有空印，反迁布政使，何以示劝惩？”帝问罗织及多征赃罚者为谁，徵指河南佥事彭京以对。贬沁阳驿丞。十三年，以事逮至京，卒。
