方世俊，字毓川，安徽桐城人。乾隆四年进士，授户部主事。累迁太仆寺少卿，外授陕西布政使。二十九年，擢贵州巡抚。三十二年，调湖南巡抚。刘标讦发上官婪索，言世俊得银六千有奇，上命夺官，逮送贵州，其仆承世俊得银千。狱成，械致刑部，论绞决，上命改监候。秋谳入情实，伏法。
