戴休颜，夏州人。
旧唐书卷一百四十四 列传第九十四：
戴休颜，夏州人。在军伍以胆略称。大历中，为郭子仪部将，以战功累迁至盐州刺史。奉天之难，倍道以所部蕃汉三千人号泣赴难；德宗嘉之，赐实封二百户。与浑瑊、杜希全、韩游瑰等捍御有功。车驾再幸梁、洋，留守奉天。及李怀光叛据咸阳，使诱休颜；休颜集三军斩其使，婴城自守。怀光大骇，遂自泾阳夜遁。其月，拜检校工部尚书、奉天行营节度使。李晟收京师，乃与浑瑊破泚偏师，斩首三千级，休颜追贼至中渭桥。李晟既清宫阙，休颜与瑊等率兵赴岐阳邀击泚余众。及策勋，加检校右仆射，封至六百户。七月，扈驾至京，特赐女乐、甲第以褒功伐，寻拜左龙武将军。贞元元年卒，年五十九，废朝一日，赠赙有差。
