徐旭龄，浙江钱塘人。
清史稿卷二百七十三 列传六十：
徐旭龄，字元文，浙江钱塘人。顺治十二年进士，除刑部主事，再迁礼部郎中。康熙六年，授云南道御史。裁缺，改湖广道。迭疏请汰额外衙役，核州县赎钅爰，降调官百姓保留敕督抚核实，皆下部议行。命偕御史席特纳巡视两淮盐政，疏陈积弊，请严禁斤重不得逾额，部议如所请勒石。又疏请停止豫徵盐课，部议不允。迁太常寺少卿，累擢左佥都御史，请裁军兴以后增设道员。二十二年，授山东巡抚。二十三年，迁工部侍郎。复出为漕运总督，疏请釐三害，筹三便，革随漕增、裁运耗二项，及民间帮贴盘费脚价，各省给军款项，改由州县迳发运丁，行月粮改入现运项下拨给，并合并漕船帮次，皆下九卿议行。二十六年，卒，亦谥清献。
