徐休复，濮州鄄城人。
宋史卷二百七十六 列传第三十五：
徐休复，字广初，濮州鄄城人。太平兴国初举进士，解褐大理评事、通判。转运使荐其材，代归，授太子右赞善大夫，改著作郎、直史馆，赐绯鱼，迁左拾遗。六年，加右补阙，充两浙东北路转运副使，移知明州。七年秋，被召赴阙，明年，授库部员外郎、知制诰。九年，出知广州，是岁，加水部郎中。雍熙二年，就迁比部郎中，充枢密直学士，赐金紫，依旧知州事。
休复与转运使王延范不协，乃奏延范私养术士，厚待过客，抚部下吏有恩，发书与故人韦务升作隐语，侦朝廷事，反状已具。诏遣内侍阎承翰与休复同按劾之，遂抵于法。
端拱初，加左谏议大夫，召为户部使。淳化元年，罢使，迁给事中，连知青、潞二州。休复先上言，以父母藁葬青社，愿得领州事，因营丘垄。至青州逾年，但聚财殖货，终不言葬事。至潞州数月，疡生于脑。既而疾甚，若见王延范，休复但号呼称死罪，后数日卒，年五十三。
休复无他能，掌诰命甚不称职，履行不见称于搢绅云。
