彭谊，东莞人。
明史卷一百五十九 列传第四十七：
彭谊，字景宜，东莞人。正统中，由乡举除工部司务。尝与尚书辩事，无所阿。景帝立，用荐改御史。从尚书石璞塞沙湾决河，进秩二等。复决，再往塞之。
景泰五年，以从大学士王文巡视江、淮，擒获苏州贼，擢大理寺丞。时年二月擢右佥都御史，提督紫荆、倒马诸关。劾都指挥胡玺纳贿纵军罪。天顺初，罢巡抚官。中朝有不悦谊者，下迁绍兴知府。岁饥，辄发廪振贷。吏白当俟朝命，谊曰：“民方急，安得循故事耶？”筑白马闸障海潮。历九载，多惠政。超擢山东左布政使，入为工部左侍郎。
成化四年，辽东巡抚张岐得罪，吏部举代者。帝曰：“辽东自王翱后，屡更巡抚，多不称，可于大臣中求之。”乃改谊右副都御史以往，镇守中官横征诸属卫。谊下令，凡文牒不经巡抚审定者，所司毋辄行，虐焰为息。十年冬，户部檄所司开黑山金场。谊奏永乐中太监王彦等开是山，督夫六千人，三阅月止得金八两，请罢之。遂止。
谊好古博学，通律历、占象、水利、兵法之属。平居谦厚简默，临事毅然有断。镇辽八年，军令振肃。年未老，四疏告归，家居四十余年卒。
