张黎，雁门平原人。
魏书卷二十八 列传第十六 和跋 奚牧 莫题 庾业延 贺狄干 李栗 刘洁 古弼 张黎：
张黎，雁门平原人也。善书计，太祖知待之。太宗器其忠亮，赐爵广平公，管综机要。
世祖以其功旧，任以辅弼，除大司农卿。军国大议，黎常与焉。加镇北将军。以征赫连定功，进号征北大将军。与乐安王范、济南公崔徽镇长安，清约公平，甚著声称。代下之日，家无余财。世祖诏黎领兵一万二千人，通莎泉道。车驾征凉州，蠕蠕吴提乘虚入寇，黎与司空道生拒击之。恭宗初总百揆，黎与东郡公崔浩等辅政，忠于奉上，非公事不言。诏曰："侍中广平公黎、东郡公浩等，保傅东宫，有老成之勤，朕甚嘉焉。其赐布帛各千匹，以褒旧勋。"恭宗薨于东宫，黎兼太尉，持节奉策谥焉。
吴王余立，以黎为太尉。后以议不合旨，免。仍与古弼并诛。
