张积功，江苏仪徵人。
清史稿卷四百九十一 列传二百七十八：
张积功，江苏仪徵人。嘉庆二十三年举人。道光十年大挑知县，发山东，历州县吏。二十年，初权临淄。前政不善，多流亡，以诚招徕之，皆归故业。即墨饥民滋扰，檄往办理而定。朝城民变，民闻积功治临淄事，即首行馆请死，喻以理，惩以法，皆欢呼去。咸丰四年三月，贼攻临清州，积功適知州事，守御十四昼夜。十四日，城陷，阖门死难。初，贼过冠县，知县傅士珍自经死。
典史瞿濬，字菊坪，江苏武进人。帅乡勇出敌，遇贼城闉，中鸟枪，洞其肋，坠马。欲退保於司狱，贼追及，刃倳其胸，骂不绝口，剖腹死之。妻吕氏，骂贼，被寸磔。亦全家遇害，时三月朔也。
