张淮，浙江秀水人。
清史稿卷四百九十七 列传二百八十四：
张淮，浙江秀水人。贫，粗识字，为人收田租。父有心疾，思食羊，非特杀则不食，淮买羊杀以食父。思出游，则赁肩舆侍以出，穷日乃还。父疾数年，凡所思，百方致之，不稍怠。疾笃，刲肱进，卒不治。
同时张廷标，为衣工。奉母，常效市中儿嬉戏以娱母。一日邻家火，负母出，迁祀先之具，而不及他器用。节所入为弟娶妇，而终身不自娶。县人与淮称“二孝子”，道光初年事也。
