张日晸，贵州贵筑人。
清史稿卷三百八十一 列传一百六十八：
张日晸，贵州贵筑人。嘉庆二十二年进士，选庶吉士，授编修。道光九年，出为四川叙州知府，调成都。日晸勤於吏职，刻树桑百益书以劝民蚕，创“励节堂”以赡节妇贞女之无依者。政暇，招诸生於署，讲析经义、语录。郡属马边、屏山等厅县，毗连倮夷，令附近居民建修碉堡，编联保甲，民赖以安。擢建昌道。十九年，越巂、峨边夷匪滋事，偕总兵包相卿督兵平之。招复逃亡，编集练勇，修筑碉堡，於要隘建城，以资保障。迁浙江盐运使，再迁湖北按察使，调四川。治狱平恕，不以平反矜能，遇有疑窦，饬另缉改办，告戒属吏以哀矜为重。迁河南布政使。河决中牟，值祥符工甫竣，两次灾区二十五州县，附省灾尤重。每驰诣赈所监视，於郊外隙地捐俸构屋，安戢灾黎，遂成村聚。二十六年，擢云南巡抚，未之任，丁母忧。服阕，仍授云南巡抚。勤於察吏，免铜厂民欠工本银六千馀两。在任一年卒，祀四川、云南名宦祠及乡贤祠。
