张文仲，洛州洛阳人。
旧唐书卷一百九十一 列传第一百四十一：
张文仲，洛州洛阳人也。少与乡人李虔纵、京兆人韦慈藏并以医术知名。文仲，则天初为侍御医。时特进苏良嗣于殿庭因拜跪便绝倒，则天令文仲、慈藏随至宅候之。文仲曰："此因忧愤邪气激也。若痛冲胁，则剧难救。"自朝候之。未及食时，即苦冲胁绞痛。文仲曰："若入心，即不可疗。"俄顷心痛，不复下药，日旰而卒。文仲尤善疗风疾。其后则天令文仲集当时名医共撰疗风气诸方，仍令麟台监王方庆监其修撰。文仲奏曰："风有一百二十四种，气有八十种。大抵医药虽同，人性各异，庸医不达药之性使冬夏失节，因此杀人。唯脚气头风上气，常须服药不绝。自余则随其发动，临时消息之。但有风气之人，春末夏初及秋暮，要得通泄，即不困剧。"于是撰四时常服及轻重大小诸方十八首表上之。文仲久视年终于尚药奉御。撰《随身备急方》三卷，行于代。
虔纵，官至侍御医。慈藏，景龙中光禄卿。自则天、中宗已后，诸医咸推文仲等三人为首。
