宋史卷四百二十七 列传第一百八十六：
戩，字天祺。起进士，调阌乡主簿，知金堂县。诚心爱人，养老恤穷，间召父老使教督子弟。民有小善，皆籍记之。以奉钱为酒食，月吉，召老者饮劳，使其子孙侍，劝以孝弟。民化其德，所至狱讼日少。
熙宁初，为监察御史里行。累章论王安石乱法，乞罢条例司及追还常平使者。劾曾公亮、陈升之、赵抃依违不能救正，韩绛左右徇从，与为死党，李定以邪谄窃台谏。且安石擅国，辅以绛之诡随，台臣又用定辈，继续而来，芽蘖渐盛。吕惠卿劾薄辩给，假经术以文奸言，岂宜劝讲君侧。书数十上，又诣中书争之，安石举扇掩面而笑，戩曰："戩之狂直宜为公笑，然天下之笑公者不少矣。"赵抃从旁解之，戩曰："公亦不得为无罪。"抃有愧色。遂称病待罪。
出知公安县，徙监司竹监，至举家不食笋。常爱用一卒，及将代，自见其人盗笋箨，治之无少贷；罪已正，待之复如初，略不介意，其德量如此。卒于官，年四十七。
