张善相，许州襄城人。
旧唐书卷一百八十七上 列传第一百三十七：
张善相，许州襄城人也。大业末，为里长，每督县兵，逐小盗，为众所附，遂据本郡，归于李密。密败，以城归国，高祖授伊州总管。王世充数攻之，善相频遣使请救。兵既不赴，城中粮尽，自知必败，谓僚属曰："死当斩吾头以归世充。"众皆泣曰："宁与公同死，终不独生！"后城陷被擒，送于世充，辞色不挠，骂世充极口，寻被害。高祖叹曰："吾负善相，善相不负吾。"封其子为襄城郡公。
