张名振，应天江宁人。
清史稿卷二百二十四 列传十一：
张名振，字侯服，应天江宁人。崇祯末，为石浦游击。鲁王次长垣，率舟师赴之，封定西侯。以所部屯舟山，移南田，迎王居健跳所，与阮进、王朝先共击黄斌卿。斌卿，莆田人，崇祯末为舟山参将，唐王时封伯。名振奉鲁王如舟山，不纳。既，以王命进侯。斌卿法严急，配民为兵，籍大户田为官田，先后戕荆本澈、贺君尧。王次健跳，令进告籴，又不应。至是，名振破舟山，沈斌卿於海，迎王居焉。使日本乞师，不应。成功袭破郑彩，名振因声彩杀熊汝霖、郑遵谦罪，击破其馀兵。俄，又袭杀朝先。师攻舟山，名振与煌言奉王南依成功。成功居王金门，名振屯嵓头。成功初见名振不为礼，名振袒背示之，涅“赤心报国”四字，深入肤，乃与二万人，共谋复南京，攻崇明，破镇江，题诗金山而还。复与成功偕出，师次羊山，飓作，舟多损，惟名振部独完。再攻崇明，复入镇江，观兵仪真，侵吴淞，战屡胜。顺治十二年十二月，卒於军。或云成功酖之。
