张光辅，京兆人。
旧唐书卷九十 列传第四十：
张光辅者，京兆人也。少明辩，有吏干。累迁司农少卿、文昌右丞。以讨平越王贞之功，拜凤阁侍郎、知政事。永昌元年，迁纳言。旬日，又拜内史。皆有名。其年，洛州司马房嗣业、洛阳令张嗣明坐与徐敬业弟敬真阴相交结。敬真自流所绣州逃归，将北投突厥，引虏入寇。途经洛下，嗣业、嗣明二人给其衣粮而遣之。行至定州，为人所觉。嗣业于狱中自缢死。嗣明与敬真多引海内相识，冀缓其死。嗣明称光辅征豫州日，私说图识天文，阴怀两端，顾望以观成败。光辅由是被诛，家口籍没。
