张允伸，范阳人。
旧唐书卷一百八十 列传第一百三十：
张允伸，字逢昌，范阳人也。曾祖秀，檀州刺史。祖岩，纳降军使。父朝掖，赠太尉。允申世仕幽州军门，累职至押衙，兼马步都知兵马使。大中四年，戎帅周綝寝疾，表允伸为留后，朝廷可其奏，加右散骑常侍。其年冬，诏赐旌节，迁检校工部尚书。咸通九年，累加至光禄大夫、检校司徒、兼太傅、同中书门下平章事、燕国公。
十年，徐人作乱，请以弟允皋领兵伐叛，懿宗不允。进助军米五十万石，盐二万石。诏嘉之，赐以锦彩、玉带、金银器等。冬，又加特进，兼侍中。十二年，以风恙拜章请就医药，诏许之。以子简会检校工部尚书，充节度副大使。十三年，允伸再上表进纳所赐旌节。朝命未至，其年正月二十五日卒，年八十八。再赠太尉，谥曰忠烈。
允伸领镇凡二十三年，克勤克俭，比岁丰登。边鄙无虞，军民用乂。至今谈者美之。有子十四人。
简真，幽府左司马，先允伸卒。简寿，右领军卫大将军。余或升朝籍，或为刺史、郡佐。
