尹莘，汴梁洧川人。
元史卷一百九十七 列传第八十四：
尹莘，汴梁洧川人。至治初，游学于京师，忽梦母疾，心怪之。驰归，母已亡。居庐蔬食，哀毁骨立。每鸡鸣而起，手治祭馔，诣墓所哭奠之，风雪不废。父辅臣尝病疫，莘侍奉汤药，衣不解带，尝其粪以验差剧，夜则祷于天曰：“莘母亡不能见，父病不能治，为人子若此，何以自立于世，愿死以代父命。”数日愈，乡里嗟异之。
又有高唐孙希贤，母病痢，希贤阅方书，有曰”血温身热者死，血冷身凉者生”。希贤尝之，其血温，乃号泣祈天，求身代之，母遂愈。
高邮卜胜荣，母痢，不能药，日尝痢以求愈。兄疾，礼北辰，乞减己年延之。并痊。
