尹崇珂，秦州天水人。
宋史卷二百五十九 列传第十八：
尹崇珂，秦州天水人，后徙居大名。父延勋，历磁、同、滁三州刺史。崇珂初事周世宗于藩邸，以谨厚称。及即位，补东西班都知。从战高平，有劳绩，迁本班副点检。从征淮南，迁都虞候，转都指挥使，改前殿都指挥使。
宋初，出为淄州刺史。有善政，民诣阙请刻石颂德，太祖命殿中侍御史李穆撰文赐之。讨湖南，为行营前军马军都指挥使。荆湘平，授朗州团练使。又与潘美、丁德裕克郴州。
乾德中，征岭表，以崇珂为行营马步军副部署。克广州，擒刘鋹，即日诏与潘美同知广州兼市舶转运等使，录功迁保信军节度。未几，南汉开府乐范、容州都指挥使邓存忠、韶州贼帅周思琼、春恩道都指挥使麦汉琼等据五州之地以叛。崇珂讨之，太祖遣中使李神祐督战，数月，尽平其党，还治所。
六年，卒，年四十二。赠侍中。遣中使护其丧，归葬洛阳。以其子昭吉、弟崇珪并为西京作坊使，昭吉领会州刺史，崇珪领歙州刺史。
初，太宗在周朝娶崇珂妹，追谥淑德皇后。昭吉至洛苑使。次子昭辑，至供奉官、阁门祗候。
