完颜六斤，中都路胡土爱割蛮猛安人。大安中，以荫补官，选充亲军。调阜平尉，迁方城令，改通州军事判官，以功迁本州刺史。顷之，元帅右都监蒲察七斤执之以去。未几，挈家脱归，除同知临洮府事，徙庆阳，迁保大军节度使。兴定五年，鄜州破，六斤自投崖下死焉。赠特进、知延安府事。诏陕西行省访其子孙以闻。
