宋旅，莆田人。
宋史卷四百五十三 列传第二百一十二：
宋旅字庭实，莆田人。第进士，累官奉议郎、知剡县。方腊既陷歙、睦、杭、衢、婺五州，且犯越，越盗亦起应之。县吏多遁，旅遣妻子浮海归闽，独与民据守，以忠义激劝，部勒队伍，为豫备计。俄而盗众大至，射率壮锐，冒矢石，虽颇杀获，终以力不敌，遂死之。越帅刘韐上其事，诏赠朝散郎，录其四子。
