旧五代史卷六十六（唐书） 列传十八：
宋令询，不知何许人也。闵帝在藩时，补为客将，知书乐善，动皆由礼。长兴中，闵帝连典大藩，迁为都押衙，参辅阃政，甚有时誉，闵帝深委之。及闵帝嗣位，朱、冯用事，不欲闵帝之旧臣在于左右，乃出为磁州刺史。闵帝蒙尘于卫，令询日令人奔问。及闻帝遇害，大恸半日，自经而卒。
