孟梦恂，黄岩人。
元史卷一百九十 列传第七十七：
仁荣同郡有孟梦恂者，字长文，黄岩人。与仁荣同师事杨珏、陈天瑞。梦恂讲解经旨，体认精切，务见行事，四方游从者皆服焉。部使者荐其行义，署本郡学录。至正十三年，以设策御寇救乡郡有功，授登仕郎、常州路宜兴州判官，未受命而卒，年七十四。朝廷赐谥号曰康靖先生。所著有《性理本旨》、《四书辨疑》、《汉唐会要》、《七政疑解》，及《笔海杂录》五十卷。
