孟利贞，华州华阴人。
旧唐书卷一百九十上 列传第一百四十：
孟利贞者，华州华阴人也。父神庆，高宗初为沁州刺史，以清介著名。利贞初为太子司议郎，中宗在东宫，深惧之。受诏与少师许敬宗、崇贤馆学士郭瑜、顾胤、董思恭等撰《瑶山玉彩》五百卷。龙朔二年奏上之，高宗称善，加级赐物有差。利贞累转著作郎，加弘文馆学士。垂拱初卒。又撰《续文选》十三卷。
兄允忠，垂拱中为天官侍郎。
