金史卷一百五 列传第四十三：
孔璠，字文老，至圣文宣王四十九代孙，故宋朝奉郎袭封端友弟端操之子。齐阜昌三年补迪功郎，袭封衍圣公，主管祀事。天会十五年，齐国废。熙宗即位，兴制度礼乐，立孔子庙于上京。天眷三年，诏求孔子后，加璠承奉郎，袭封衍圣公，奉祀事。是时，熙宗颇读《论语》、《尚书》、《春秋左氏传》及诸史、《通历》、《唐律》，乙夜乃罢。皇统元年三月戊午，上谒奠孔子庙，北面再拜，顾谓侍臣曰：“朕幼年游佚，不知志学，岁月逾迈，深以为悔。大凡为善，不可不勉。孔子虽无位，其道可尊，万世高仰如此。”皇统三年，璠卒。子拯袭封，加文林郎。
