孔琇之，会稽山阴人。
南齐书卷五十三 列传第三十四 良政：
孔琇之，会稽山阴人也。祖季恭，光禄大夫，父灵运，著作郎。琇之初为国子生，举孝廉。除卫军行参军，员外郎，尚书三公郎。出为乌程令，有吏能。还迁通直郎，补吴令。有小儿年十岁，偷刈邻家稻一束，琇之付狱治罪。或谏之，琇之曰："十岁便能为盗，长大何所不为？"县中皆震肃。
迁尚书左丞，又以职事知名。转前军将军，兼少府。迁骁骑将军，少府如故。出为宁朔将军、高宗冠军征虏长史、江夏内史。还为正员常侍，兼左民尚书、廷尉卿。出为临海太守，在任清约，罢郡还，献干姜二十斤，世祖嫌少，及知琇之清，乃叹息。除武陵王前军长史，未拜，仍出为辅国将军，监吴兴郡，寻拜太守，治称清严。
高宗辅政，防制诸蕃，致密旨于上佐。隆昌元年，迁琇之为宁朔将军、晋熙王冠军长史，行郢州事，江夏内史。琇之辞，不许。未拜，卒。
