汪字德泽，好学有志行，孝武帝时位至侍中。时茹千秋以佞媚见幸于会稽王道子，汪屡言之于帝，帝不纳。迁尚书太常卿，以不合意，求出。为假节、都督交广二州诸军事、征虏将军、平越中郎将、广州刺史，甚有政绩，为岭表所称。太元十七年卒。
