旧唐书卷一百五十四 列传第一百四：
戡，巢父兄岑父之子。方严有家法，重然诺，尚忠义。卢从史镇泽潞，辟为书记。从史浸骄，与王承宗、田绪阴相连结，欲效河朔事以固其位。戡每秉笔至不轨之言，极谏以为不可，从史怒戡，岁余，谢病归洛阳。李吉甫镇扬州，召为宾佐。从史知之，上疏论列，请行贬逐。宪宗不得已，授卫尉丞，分司洛阳。初，贞元中藩帅诬奏从事者，皆不验理，便行降黜。及戡诏下，给事中吕元膺执之，上令中使慰喻元膺，制书方下。戡不调而卒，赠驾部员外郎。
