周澹，京兆鄠人。
魏书卷九十一 列传术艺第七十九 晁崇 张渊 殷绍 王早 耿玄 刘灵助 江式 周澹 李修 徐謇 王显 崔彧 蒋少游：
周澹，京兆鄠人也。为人多方术，尤善医药，为太医令。太宗尝苦风头眩，澹治得愈，由此见宠，位至特进，赐爵成德侯。神瑞二年，京师饥，朝议将迁都于邺。澹与博士祭酒崔浩进计，论不可之意，太宗大然之，曰："唯此二人，与朕意同也。"诏赐澹、浩妾各一人，御衣、袭，绢五十匹、绵五十斤。泰常四年卒，谥曰恭。时有河南人阴贞，家世为医，与澹并受封爵。清河李酒亦以善钅咸见知。
子驴驹，袭，传术。延兴中，位至散令。
