周春，海宁人。
清史稿卷四百八十四 列传二百七十一：
周春，字芚兮，海宁人。乾隆十九年进士，选岑溪令，父忧去。民怀其泽，合前令山阳刘信嘉、金坛于烜共祀之，曰岑溪三贤祠。重宴鹿鸣，加六品衔。卒，年八十七。撰述甚多，而西夏书为最著。
春同州陈鳣，字仲鱼。强於记诵，喜聚书。州人吴骞拜经楼书亦富，得善木互相钞藏。嘉庆改元，举孝廉方正。又明年，中式举人。计偕入都，从钱大昕、翁方纲、段玉裁游。后客吴门，与黄丕烈定交。精校勘之学。尝以朱梁无道，李氏既系赐姓，复奉天祐年号，至十年立庙太原，合高祖、太宗、懿宗、昭宗为七庙，唐亡而实存焉；南唐为宪宗五代孙建王之玄孙，祀唐配天，不失旧物，尤宜大书年号，以临诸国：於是撰续唐书七十卷。又有论语古训、石经说、经籍跋文，恒言广证诸书。卒，年六十五。
