周仁荣，台州临海人。
元史卷一百九十 列传第七十七：
周仁荣，字本心，台州临海人。父敬孙，宋太学生。初，金华王柏以朱熹之学主台之上蔡书院，敬孙与同郡杨珏、陈天瑞、车若水、黄超然、朱致中、薛松年师事之，受性理之旨。敬孙尝著《易象占》、《尚书补遗》、《春秋类例》。仁荣承其家学，又师珏、天瑞，治《易》、《礼》、《春秋》，而工为文章。用荐者署美化书院山长。美化在处州万山中，人鲜知学，仁荣举行乡饮酒礼，士俗为变。后辟江浙行省掾史，省臣皆呼先生，不以吏遇之。泰定初，召拜国子博士，迁翰林修撰，升集贤待制。奉旨代祀岳渎，至会稽，以疾作，不复还朝。卒，年六十有一。其所教弟子多为名人，而泰不华实为进士第一。
其弟仔肩，字本道，以《春秋》登延祐五年进士第，终奉议大夫、惠州路总管府判官。与其兄俱以文学名。
