吴逵，吴兴人也。经荒饥疾病，合门死者十有三人，逵时亦病笃，其丧皆邻里以苇席裹而埋之。逵夫妻既存，家极贫窘，冬无衣被，昼则佣赁，夜烧砖甓，昼夜在山，未尝休止，遇毒虫猛兽，辄为之下道。期年，成七墓、十三棺。时有赙赠，一无所受。太守张崇义之，以羔雁之礼礼焉。卒于家。
