吴达之，义兴人。
南齐书卷五十五 列传第三十六 孝义：
吴达之，义兴人也。嫂亡无以葬，自卖为十夫客以营冢椁。从祖弟敬伯夫妻荒年被略卖江北，达之有田十亩，货以赎之，与之同财共宅。郡命为主簿，固以让兄。又让世业旧田与族弟，弟亦不受，田遂闲废。建元三年，诏表门闾。
河南辛普明侨居会稽，自少与兄同处一帐，兄亡，以帐施灵座，夏月多蚊，普明不以露寝见色。兄将葬，邻人嘉其义，赙助甚多，普明初受，后皆反之。赠者甚怪，普明曰："本以兄墓不周，故不逆来意。今何忍亡者余物以为家财。"后遭母丧，几至毁灭。扬州刺史豫章王辟为议曹从事。年五十卒。
又有何伯玙，弟幼玙，俱厉节操。养孤兄子，及长为婚，推家业尽与之。安贫枯槁，诲人不倦，乡里呼为人师。郡守下车，莫不修谒。永明十一年，伯玙卒。幼玙少好佛法，翦落长斋，持行精苦。梁初卒。兄弟年并八十余。
