南史卷七十三 列传第六十三：
吴庆之，字文悦，濮阳人也。寓居江兴，宋江夏王义恭为扬州，召为西曹书佐。及义恭诛，庆之自伤为吏无状，不复肯仕，终身蔬食。后王琨为吴兴太守，欲召为功曹。答曰："走素无人世情，直以明府见接有礼，所以奔走岁时。若欲见吏，则是蓄鱼于树，栖鸟于泉耳。"不辞而退。琨追谢之，望尘不及矣。
