清史稿卷五百二 列传二百八十九：
吕震，字｛木茶｝村，浙江钱塘人。道光五年举人，官湖北荆门州判。晚寓吴，酷嗜医，诊疗辄有奇效。其言曰：“伤寒论使学者有切实下手工夫，不止为伤寒立法。能从六经辨证，虽繁剧如伤寒，不为多歧所误，杂证一以贯之。”著内经要论、伤寒寻源。懋修持论多本丙、震云。
