史序，京兆人。
宋史卷四百六十一 列传第二百二十：
史序字正伦，京兆人。善推步历算，太平兴国中，补司天学生。太宗亲较试，擢为主簿。稍迁监丞，赐绯鱼，隶翰林天文院。雍熙二年，廷试中选者二十六人，而序为之首，命知算造，又知监事。
淳化三年，司天郑昭宴言："臣测金、火行度须有相犯。今验之天，而火行渐南，金度渐北，有若相避，遂不相犯。"序又言："木、火、金三星初夜在午，木在东，火在中，金最西，渐北行去火尺余。此国家钦崇天道，圣德所感也。"
序后累迁夏官正、河西、环庆二路随军转运、太子洗马。修《仪天历》上之，又尝纂天文历书为十二卷以献，改殿中丞，赐金紫，俄权监事。景德二年迁权知少监，大中祥符初即真。三年卒，年七十六。序慎密勤职，在监三十年，未尝有过，众赖称之。
