卢安世，贵州赤水卫人。
明史卷二百四十九 列传第一百三十七：
卢安世，贵州赤水卫人。万历四十年举于乡，为富顺教谕。天启初，奢崇明反，遣贼逼取县印，署令弃城走。安世收印，率壮士击斩贼。无何，贼数万猝至，安世单骑斗，手馘数人，诣上官请兵复其城。帝用大学士孙承宗言，超擢佥事，监军讨贼，屡战有功。五年四月，总督朱燮元上言：“自遵义五路进兵，永宁破巢之后，大小数百战，擒获几四万人，降贼将百三十四人，招抚群贼及土、汉、苗仲二十九万三千二百余人，皆监司李仙品、刘可训、郑朝栋及安世等功，武将则林兆鼎、秦翼明、罗象乾，土官则陈治安、冉绍文、悦先民等。”帝纳之。安世进贵州右参议，迁四川副使、遵义监军，功复多。崇祯初，予世荫武职，进右参政。久之，解官，归卒。
