卢士宏，新郑人。
宋史卷三百三十三 列传第九十二：
卢士宏，字子高，新郑人。以父任屡更州县，所至著清名。知信阳军。官捕为妖术者，余党惧及，群聚山谷间，士宏请减其罪招之，即相帅归命。徙知汉州，校实民产，使力役不滥，人德之。又知洋州。先是，圭田多虚籍。士宏考校，令随实以输，自部使者而下，皆十损七八。文彦博、包拯以廉能荐，由三司开拆司擢夔州路转运使，遂知广州。或传安南舟数百泊海中，将为寇，岭徼惊摇。士宏灼其非，是日，从宾客宴游为乐，民赖以安。受代还，引疾丐便郡，知郑州。未几，以光禄卿致仕。卒，年七十三。凡衣衾棺椁之制，皆有遗命，戒诸子勿为铭志。
