刘逵，随州随县人。
宋史卷三百五十一 列传第一百一十：
刘逵，字公路，随州随县人。进士高第，调越州观察判官。入为太学、太常博士，礼部、考功员外郎，国子司业。崇宁中，连擢秘书少监、太常少卿、中书舍人、给事中、户部侍郎，使高丽，迁尚书。繇兵部同知枢密院，拜中书侍郎。
逵无他才能，初以附蔡京故躐进。京以彗星见去相，而逵贰中书，首劝徽宗碎《元祐党碑》，宽上书邪籍之禁；凡京所行悖理虐民事，稍稍澄正。逵与赵挺之同心；然挺之多智，虑后患，每建白，务开其端，而使逵终其说。逵欲自以为功，直情不顾。未满岁，帝疑逵擅政，而郑居中、刘正夫之策售矣。
帝意既移，于是御史余深、石公弼论逵专恣反覆，乘间抵巘，尽废绍述良法；愚视丞相，陵蔑同列；凡所启用，多取为邪党学术者及邪籍中子弟；庇其妇兄章綖，使之盗铸。罢知亳州。
京复相，再责镇江节度副使，安州居住。京再以星变去，稍起知杭州，加资政殿学士。以醴泉观使召，及都而卒，年五十。赠光禄大夫。
