晋书卷八十五 列传第五十五：
迈字伯群。少有才干，为殷仲堪中兵参军。桓玄之在江陵，甚豪横，士庶畏之过于仲堪。玄曾于仲堪厅事前戏马，以槊拟仲堪。迈时在坐，谓玄曰："马槊有余，精理不足。"玄自以才雄冠世，而心知外物不许之。仲堪为之失色，玄出，仲堪谓迈曰："卿乃狂人也！玄夜遣杀卿，我岂能相救！"迈以正辞折仲堪，而不以为悔。仲堪使迈下都以避之。玄果令追之，迈仅而免祸。后玄得志，迈诣门称谒，玄谓迈曰："安知不死而敢相见？"迈对曰："射钩、斩袪，与迈为三，故知不死。"玄甚喜，以为刑狱参军。后为竟陵太守。及毅与刘裕等同谋起义，迈将应之，事泄，为玄所害。
