宋史卷三百二十一 列传第八十：
刘琦，字公玉，宣城人。博学强览，立志峻洁。以都官员外郎通判歙州。召为侍御史，建言："自城绥州，数致羌寇，宜弃之。"浙西开漕渠，役甚小，使者张大其事，以功迁官。言者论其非，诏琦就劾，官吏人人惴恐。琦但按首谋二人而已。既贬，通判邓州而卒，年六十一。
