刘泾，简州阳安人。
宋史卷四百四十三 列传第二百二：
刘泾，字巨济，简州阳安人。举进士，王安石荐其才，召见，除经义所检讨。久之，为太学博士，罢知咸阳县，常州教授，通判莫州、成都府，除国子监丞，知处、虢、真、坊四州。元符末上书，召对，除职方郎中。卒，年五十八。泾为文务奇怪语，好进取，多为人排斥，屡踬不伸。
